Click Create Credentials.

Select the Account, enter a Username consisting of 8-20 letters and/or numbers, and click the Generate Password button to generate a secure password.

Take note of the password or click the copy icon to the right of the text box to copy the password to your clipboard.

Using the new Credentials tab, you can now manage CardPointe Gateway API credentials for each of your merchants' locations.
This feature is currently only available for partners who request the ability to manage CardPointe Gateway API credentials for their merchants. Contact your Account Manager or ISV Support to request access.
You can create up to five separate sets of CardPointe Gateway API credentials per location. For each set of credentials, you must specify a username between 8-20 characters. A complex, 20 character password is then automatically generated for you.
The password is only shown once. Store the password in a secure location. Do not include the password in any files that may be synchronized with a public server, such as a publicly available code repository.

Deleting credentials has the potential to impact the merchant's ability to process payments via the CardPointe Gateway API. Before deleting, confirm that the credentials are no longer in use.
Deleting Individual Credentials

Click the trash can icon next to an existing set of credentials.

Type the word delete in the text box to confirm and then click the Delete Credentials button.
Deleting All Credentials
When more than one set of credentials exists, you can use the Delete All button to delete all credentials at once.
Deleting all credentials for a location will prevent the merchant from processing payments via the CardPointe Gateway API for that location!

Click the Delete All button to delete all of the current credentials.

Type the word delete in the text box to confirm and then click the Delete Credentials button.
